4 No Charn Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS
Unicorn Birthday Cake Ice Cream

2 cups whipping cream
·
1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
·
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
·
1/4 cup confetti sprinkles (+ extra for topping)
·
Rainbow food coloring
Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream
·
2 cups whipping cream
·
1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
·
2 tablespoons peanut butter
·
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
·
1/2 cup mini reese's pieces
·
1/2 cup mini reese's bites
·
4 mini brownies, roughly chopped
Mint Chocolate Ice Cream
·
2 cups whipping cream
·
1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
·
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
·
Green food coloring
·
7 mini peppermint patties, roughly chopped
·
5 mint oreos, roughly chopped
Cookie Monster Ice Cream
·
2 cups whipping cream
·
1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
·
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
·
Blue food coloring
·
5 oreos, roughly chopped
·
5 chocolate chip cookies, roughly chopped
DIRECTIONS
Unicorn Birthday Cake Ice Cream
1.
Whip the whipping cream with an electric mixer until
stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2.
In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, vanilla
extract and confetti sprinkles. Add a large dollop of whipped cream and mix
until well combined. Add the remaining whipped cream and gently fold to
combine.
3.
Divide the mixture between 6 bowls and dye them the
colors of the rainbow, mixing gently to keep the mixture light and airy.
4.
Dollop the colors into a Ziploc container and seal
with a lid. Freeze for 6 hours, or until firm.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream
1.
Whip the whipping cream with an electric mixer until
stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2.
In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, peanut
butter and cocoa powder. Add a large dollop of whipped cream and mix until well
combined. Add the remaining whipped cream and gently fold to combine.
3.
Add the mini reese's pieces, mini reese's bites and
brownies. Fold to combine.
4.
Pour into a Ziploc container and seal with a lid.
Freeze for 6 hours, or until firm.
Mint Chocolate Ice Cream
1.
Whip the whipping cream with an electric mixer until
stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2.
In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk,
peppermint extract and green food coloring. Add a large dollop of whipped cream
and mix until well combined. Add the remaining whipped cream and gently fold to
combine.
3.
Add the peppermint patties and mint oreos. Fold to
combine.
4.
Pour into a Ziploc container and seal with a lid.
Freeze for 6 hours, or until firm.
Cookie Monster Ice Cream

stiff peaks form. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, vanilla
extract and blue food coloring. Add a large dollop of whipped cream and mix
until well combined. Add the remaining whipped cream and gently fold to
combine.
3.
Add the oreos and chocolate chip cookies. Fold to
combine.
4.
Pour into a Ziploc container and seal with a lid.
Freeze for 6 hours, or until firm.
