Chocolate Banana Mug Cake
· 1 medium banana
· 1 large egg
· 2 tablespoons almond milk
1. Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the egg, milk, and syrup and mix to combine. Add the dry ingredients and stir to form a batter. Fold in the chocolate chips.
2. Grease two microwave-safe mugs and add half the batter into each mug.
3. Microwave for 60 seconds, check and if it's still a little soggy, add 15 - 20 more seconds.
4. Enjoy in the mug or turn them out onto a plate and serve them like a mini cake!
